Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, where your Bush Doctor Safaris representative will welcome you and arrange your private transfer to your luxury Nairobi hotel.
Settle into your accommodation and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure.
Depending on your arrival arrangements, dinner can be enjoyed at your hotel or at one of Nairobi’s carefully selected restaurants.

Into the Great African Wilderness
Morning private pick-up: 7:00 AM
Depart Nairobi and journey towards the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve.
The route takes you through changing landscapes, including the dramatic Great Rift Valley, before opening into the expansive grasslands of southwestern Kenya.
Arrive at your luxury safari camp or lodge and enjoy lunch.
Later, venture out on your first private game drive across the Mara plains.
Depending on seasonal conditions, your first encounter may include elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs, leopards or other wildlife.
Return to camp for an elegant dinner and a peaceful evening surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.

Enjoy a carefully prepared bush picnic lunch in a designated location, surrounded by the spectacular Mara landscape.
Continue exploring throughout the day, searching for the Big Five and observing the extraordinary diversity of wildlife that makes the Mara one of Africa’s most celebrated safari destinations.
For an even more memorable experience, an optional hot-air balloon safari can be arranged, subject to availability and weather conditions.
Return to your luxury camp for your final evening in the Mara.

The remainder of the afternoon is intentionally relaxed, giving you time to enjoy the hotel, explore Nairobi independently or arrange an optional private experience.

Conclude your Kenyan adventure with a private exploration of some of Nairobi’s most distinctive attractions.
Begin at the Giraffe Centre, where you can encounter and learn about the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe and Kenya’s giraffe conservation efforts.
Continue to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, learning about the rescue, rehabilitation and conservation of orphaned elephants.
Enjoy a relaxed lunch before exploring the Karen Blixen Museum, the former home of the author whose life in Kenya inspired Out of Africa.
Continue to the historical site associated with Denys Finch Hatton, followed by a scenic excursion around the Ngong Hills, where sweeping views extend across the surrounding countryside and towards the Great Rift Valley.
